C.L. Salter's faculty & staff would like to thank Wal Mart of Talladega for raffling off 20-$50 gift cards to us! We GREATLY appreciate these generous gifts you gave our faculty & staff. We also thouroughly enjoyed the yummy cake! :) Thank you for helping your local community out!!  

Faculty Bus Ride

Salter's faculty took a before-school bus ride to excite the students about the upcoming school year. We were able to see some of the students while we were out & about. We were also graced with Mrs. McClellan's presence! This was such a fun experience!

Back to School Orientation Times

It's back to school time again!! Our orientation times are as follows:  Kindergarten-Aug. 15th-5:30PM, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Grades-5:30PM, & 4th, 5th, & 6th Grades-6:30PM. We hope to see y'all there! Enjoy the last couple weeks of your summer!! :)

Talladega City Foundation Grants

Congratulations to the faculty and staff at C.L. Salter who received Foundation grants this year. Mrs. Korreckt-librarian, Mrs. Street-kindergarten, Mrs. Daugherty-sixth grade, Mrs. Thielker-first grade, Ms. Garrett-fifth grade, Ms. Fuller and Mrs. Heath- computer lab, Mrs. Hester-first grade,and Mrs. Sims-second grade.

Pie in the Face!

 

Thank you to everyone who supported the Scholastic Book Fair at C.L.Salter. The students met their goal and bought over 300 books! Mrs. Griffin, Mrs. Korreckt, and Ms. Garrett enjoyed delicious pie in the face as a  reward to the students!
