A November to Remember

The Fall Festival kicked off this busy month
And what a busy month it has been!
We've had so much going on around here
Since I don't remember when!

The Fall Festival was a huge success
The Ritz hosted a play to be seen...
The horse arena had the Princess show
And that was just something; I do mean!

The teachers have all had meetings to attend
To better what they do every day...
Mrs. Griffin and Mrs. Noel, too
Keep us grounded and steer us the right way!

But busy is something for which to give thanks
Because it means we are healthy and able.
It means we are able to provide for our families
And put a Thanksgiving feast on the table.

The busy school life means we all have a family
To spend every day with, 7-3.
I don't know about you but I'm thankful for that,
And everybody at Salter Elementary!
